Cancellation policy

• Bookings can be cancelled and refunded with three working days’ notice.
• To cancel and receive a refund, contact info@skemmtigardur.is within that time.
• No refunds are given if not requested within that time.
• All refunds are handled by email.
• Staff on site are not authorised to give refunds or discounts.

General terms

• Guests visit at their own risk and are responsible for damage they cause to equipment or other people.
• In the rage room, only use the tools provided by staff and do not throw items from the floor.
• Laser tag and paintball share arenas, so paint may get on clothes – overalls are available.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Play does not run beyond the booked time.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• Some activities require guests to be sober. Staff may refuse participation without a refund.
• Complaints and refund requests must be received within one week.
• All guests must sign a waiver before taking part.
• Guests must follow staff instructions and wear protective gear where required – no exceptions.
• Please be considerate of other guests.
• Age limits apply to some activities and staff cannot make exceptions.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to take part.
• Most activities are outdoors – dress for the weather.
• The park has security cameras.
• Illegal drugs are prohibited.
• Sexual harassment is not tolerated – offenders are removed and the police notified.

Kids’ parties

• Minimum 10 paid children.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the children.
• No outside food except birthday cakes.
• We recommend one adult per 5 children aged 12 and under. Children may not be left alone.
• Bring a name list to speed up check-in.
• Every party includes a gift for the birthday child.
